Equipment description
PowerVision focuses on two essential points of THT assembly production: continuous quality assurance and cost-efficient process production. It can be flexibly integrated into any fully automated THT line or directly into many SEHO selective soldering systems.
Depending on manufacturing requirements, PowerVision can be configured for component-placement inspection before wave or selective soldering, for post-process solder-joint inspection, or as a combination of both tasks integrated into a single space-saving module.
It reliably detects typical placement defects — component presence or polarity — as well as soldering defects such as incomplete joints, bridges, or solder balls. The system can also read and process product identifiers.
